Finding the latest news and information is easy with Announcements. The newest Announcements are identified with a tag to help them stand out. Critical information can be marked “Urgent”, and put at the top of the Announcement list highlighted in red for additional visibility.

Easy-to-use interface lets you post a new announcement quickly and easily.

Images and Links
Add photographs and graphics to your Announcements. Include links to web sites or other related material on your WebOffice.

Rich Text Editor
Cut and paste documents and web graphics into your Announcement. All formatting and links will be preserved, including font sizes, colors, margin settings, even tables and pictures.

Automatic Notification
Send optional email notification of your new Announcements as they are posted.

Expiration Dates
Set an expiration date so the announcement will be automatically deleted after a given time.

Send Link
Send emails that include links to your announcement to let members know of updates or changes to important news.

Complete Integration
